Ab Wheel

My boys and I have this product a try. Given their youth and fitness level, they had an easier time rolling this ab-peratus. I sure felt my abs as I tired the roller and discovered that my abs need more rolling. I liked the product as it was compact and easy to use. A solid addition to a home gym.
