Limited Product Warranty for New Products
EVOKE WELLNESS warrants to the original purchaser that your new EVOKE WELLNESS product ("Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"), subject to the following conditions:
1. The Product was purchased from Sport Chek or Sports Experts;
2. You have proof of purchase (such as the original receipt);
3. The Product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the Product instructions.
If a defect occurs in the Warranty Period, EVOKE WELLNESS will, at its option either (1) exchange the Product with a replacement product; or (2) refund the original purchase price. These are your sole and exclusive remedies.
To start a warranty claim:
- If you purchased your Product from Sports Experts, follow the instructions located here; or
- If you purchased your Product from Sport Chek, follow the instructions located here.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts, or loss of Product or theft. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.a
