Easy Roller

My boys and I have this product a try. Given their youth and fitness level, they had an easier time rolling this ab-peratus. I sure felt my abs as I tired the roller and discovered that my abs need more rolling. I liked the product as it was compact and easy to use. A solid addition to a home gym.

This is my first time trying an ab roller and I love it! Its so quick and easy to feel like youve really worked your abs. Its convenient in my small living area as it easily disassembles and takes up hardly any room. The wheels are really sturdy and have good traction so no worries about going sliding and the padded matt means no sore knees!
