This is a great beginner yoga set! Its a really nice grey, comfy mat with a block and strap. Built with beginners in mind, this is everything you need when starting out your yoga journey. The mat is a nice length, lays flat, adds some cushion, and easy to clean.

Set is a great start for beginners! I choose this set because I needed a band and block and it never hurts to have an extra mat!
The mat is a touch slippery when you are using it in HOT Yoga so just be aware of that!

When they say no slip, they definitely mean it! My floors tend to be really slippery, so I never bothered to buy yoga mats or sets, but this does not want to budge at all! I love the block and strap as well, its going to be perfect for those harder sessions where I need some assistance. I would definitely purchase this for someone or myself in the future, especially the beginner set, just because finding a whole set can be bothersome without getting individual pieces.
