This was smaller than I expected which is actually a good thing. Fits easily in the hand and is simple to use. The construction is very durable where the ball is solid and filled with liquid. East to use for cold application but where this is a solid metal ball and not an insert that can be microwaved quickly, hot application is a little more difficult. Great for cold but a little bit of work for hot.
